"Chopin Magazine" is a monthly for piano music in Japan.

In Tokyo, concerts have been cancelled after the disaster but this month some concerts are to be held, mainly by Japanese musicians, under careful arrangements such as dimming lights at foyer.
On April 20, a charity concert will be held at Suntory Hall, where musicians from classical and pop music will appear for raising donation.  Naoto Otomo and Kenichiro Kobayashi will be conductors.

Otomo is the permanent conductor of the Tokyo Symphony, who had their home concert hall Muza Kawasaki damaged (the ceiling fell) and cannot use the hall for two years.  They'll use substitutes during the repair period.
Last year, Otomo and the Tokyo Symphony played Chopin's concerto in F minor with Rafał Blechacz at Suntory Hall during his Japan tour.
