What an elegance! A French fan was amazed by Rafał Blechacz's recital

On July 8, france musique broadcast Rafał Blechacz's recital in Schwetzingen (May 25).
One listener commented,
"Rafał Blechacz is a pianist who marvels us. What an elegance !"

This info was sent to me by Marine, a French fan of Rafał Blechacz.
Marine adds,
"I love his simplicity and his sound in the Mozart, the colors he uses in Debussy, the atmosphere in Szymanowsky, the rubato in Chopin and the gravity in his 2nd ballade..."

Many thanks to Marine!

lotus-eater from Germany left a comment,
"Blechacz will give an concert coming April in Stuttgart with the following program.

Bach: Partita Nr. 3 a-minor BWV 827
Beethoven: Sonate Nr. 7 D-major op.10/ 3
Debussy: Suite bergamasque
Szymanowski: Sonate for piano Nr.1 c-minor op. 8

The D-major sonate by Beethoven, especially the second mov.is so touching and romantic. I can imagine how Blechacz interprets it."

**The recital in Stuttgart will be on April 27, 2012.
Both Marine and Lotus-eater are pianist and have good pianistic insight.

The picture was presented by "a fan since 2006 in Holland" with his birthday wishes for Rafał Blechacz.

"Happy birthday and best congratulations to Rafał Blechacz and I wish many happy returns of this day.
Your interpretation of music is for your audience like the water sprinkling over flowers in the spring and evoking beautiful colours and rejoices in the air.

I wish you happiness in your personal and artistic life. May performances always be an inspiration for you and your growing audience.

My wife and myself and together with two sisters and their husbands are already looking forward to your concert in The Hague in the spring of next year".

**The recital in The Hague will be on March 18, 2012.
