Announcement by Japan Arts (Japanese)
** Again let us offer our sincere prayer for his complete recovery.
**As for Korea, it seems that Seoul Arts Center has already disabled ticket selling process for the recital on Feb. 13 in Seoul.
Cancellation notice of Blechacz's recital by Seoul Arts Center, dated Feb. 2.
I already had a contact with one of Korean fans via twitter and she said,
"....this was supposed to be his first recital in Korea... that makes me sad, but his condition comes always first, hope he gets well soon".

Now I got really, REALLY worried. To have to rest almost 3 weeks... It must be a really strong type of influenza. (Cannot polish doctors do something? >.<)
ReplyDeleteThe virus is awful, but he is a strong man and supported by well-wishes by all of his fans as well as his family. Don't worry. I believe in him.
DeleteOh my god I really truely sincerely hope him get better soon. If I can I'd like to send all of healthy food I could get to him till he feels good again. Every time I felt sad, discouraged or got sick I heard Blechacz's music only and got new strength. But it makes me sad that all I can do is just wishing him recover soon when he sicks. Blechacz can come to Korea anytime he wants. The most important thing is his health absolutely. -anonymous Korean fan
ReplyDeleteI feel exactly the same as you; his music always heals and gives me energy; all I can do is to pray for him; he can come to my country anytime he wants; and it's his health that is the most important...!
DeleteAnd as I checked Seoul Arts Center homepage there weren't an explanation but some of Korean fan already know that Blechacz needs to rest until at least 15th Feb. -anon Korean
